We ship to addresses within the United States (including P.O. boxes via USPS). Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for most items.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless due to our error).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

Governing Law: These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (or your preferred state; change as needed), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation.
