Thank you for shopping at Zenclip. This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States (including all 50 states, Washington DC, and US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for US addresses. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Note: Delivery to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, US territories) may take 2–4 additional business days. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via expedited or overnight services (standard shipping only for P.O. Boxes).
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 USD (before tax). No promo code needed – automatically applied at checkout.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $50.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Link to track your package online
You can also track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page (if available) or by contacting us at toughuaqas@outlook.com with your order number.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package within 3 business days, please contact the carrier directly. After 7 days, contact us and we will help file a claim.

Delayed shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control. We will, however, work with you to resolve any issues.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
Zenclip is not liable for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using a delivery address where someone can receive the package.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address:

Before shipment: Contact us immediately at toughuaqas@outlook.com. We will try to update the address at no charge.

After shipment: We cannot change the address once the package is with the carrier. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order (minus original shipping costs) or you may pay for re-shipping.
7. Returns & Refunds – Shipping Implications

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS or UPS) for returns.
8. Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.) and promotional events (e.g., Black Friday), processing and delivery times may increase by 2–4 business days. We will post updates on our website if significant delays are expected.
