At Zenclip, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Item must be in original packaging (including any boxes, pouches, or tags).

Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
Non-returnable items (unless defective):

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
How to Start a Return

Contact us at toughuaqas@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address within 2 business days.

Pack the item securely with all original packaging.

Ship the package using a carrier of your choice (we recommend USPS or UPS with tracking).
💡 For U.S. customers only – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Refund amount = purchase price of the item(s) returned.
You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days from our confirmation:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different style or color, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your Zenclip store.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos showing the defect or damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no charge to you.
